Terms and Conditions for Designs and Logos by HOT ALBUM Tansansen Tablet,Inc.

Hot Album Carbonated Spring Tablets Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company") has created posters, pamphlets, flyers, catalogs, explanatory documents, illustrations, designs, charts, images, logos, and owns registered trademarks and"Website Data." To use these materials, you must agree to the following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "theseterms") and adhere to the matters stipulated within them.

Ownership of Rights

The copyrights, trademark rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the designs of printed materials such as posters, pamphlets, flyers, catalogs, and explanatory documents created by our company, as well as the "WebsiteData" on our company’s website, and the designs such as names, logos, and illustrations used on products and their packaging,all belong to our company. All these are referred to as our company's creations. However, images purchased for specific uses,durations, sizes, or media, where a third party holds the copyright, are excluded.

Use of Our Company's Creations

• Our company's creations are owned by our company or the respective rights holders (third parties) and are protected under copyright law and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use without proper licensing is prohibited by law.
• If a third party wishes to use our company's creations, they must submit a written usage application in advance, detailing the purpose and duration of use, among other details. However, for images purchased with limited usage purposes,durations, sizes, or media, these limitations must be adhered to.

Prohibited Actions During Use

When using our company's creations, the following actions are prohibited:

1. Infringing on our company's or third parties' copyrights, trademark rights, or other intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy rights, honor, or other rights or interests (unauthorized use of our and other companies' creations).
2. Editing, modifying, or partially deleting or adding to our company's creations without permission.
3. Copying our company's creations and selling, lending, leasing, or providing them to third parties free of charge.
4. Engaging in actions contrary to public order and morals, illegal or fraudulent activities.
5. Engaging in defamatory, harassing, or threatening actions towards our company or third parties.
6. Other actions deemed inappropriate by our company.

Violations and Measures

You cannot violate the prohibited actions, prohibited conduct, and guarantees stipulated in these terms. In case of violations, we will cease the use of our company's creations, request the return of data and materials, and impose separately specified penalties.

1. Our company's creations are provided as-is, without any warranty of defect-free quality.
2. Users accept full responsibility for using our company's creations.
3. We may change, suspend, or terminate our company's creations without notice. We are not liable for any damages incurred by users as a result.
4. We are not responsible for any disputes or damages arising between users and third parties due to the use of our company's creations.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, with the Tokyo District Court as the exclusive jurisdictional court of the first instance.
