How to Use the HOT TAB Series
Soak in lukewarm water below 105.8°F (41°C) for more than 15 minutes with dissolved active ingredients. This bicarbonate bath method promotes blood circulation, warming you to the core and keeping you warm even after your bath.
Both mind and body can unwind. Recommended for a comfortable and healthy daily routine.
A long soak of 20 to 30 minutes or more at a lukewarm temperature is effective.
Water temperatures above 107.6°F (42°C) can strain your body. Enjoy your bath at a slightly cooler temperature below 105.8°F (41°C) for the best experience.
Bicarbonate Bath Method
1.Dissolve three HOT TAB tablets in a bathtub filled with approximately 160 liters of lukewarm water below 105.8°F (41°C).
2.Keep the water temperature between 96.8°F and 105.8°F (36°C to 41°C). In winter, aim for below 105.8°F (41°C). In summer, a temperature slightly above body temperature is recommended.
3.Relax and soak leisurely for at least 15 minutes. Although the temperature may feel slightly lukewarm, this enhances the bathing effect and thoroughly warms you to the core. Enjoy the full benefits by allowing your body to warm up gradually.

Key Points of the Bicarbonate Bath Method Bicarbonate Ions
When you enter a carbonated bath, your body gets covered with tiny bubbles of carbon dioxide gas.
While these bubbles have been thought to produce various effects, the key component is actually the bicarbonate ion.
Neutral pH
Natural carbonated springs, such as those in German therapeutic baths and Nagayu Onsen, have a neutral pH of 6.7 to 7.1. In a neutral pH environment, acidic carbon dioxide gas cannot exist,
so most of it converts into bicarbonate ions.
Lukewarm Bathing
For a lukewarm bath, dissolve three tablets in 160 liters of water (or four tablets in 200 liters).
Use water temperatures between 96.8°F and 105.8°F (36°C to 41°C). In summer, a relaxing bath at 96.8°F (36°C) is ideal, while in winter, a soak below 105.8°F (41°C) for more than 15 minutes is recommended.
Refreshing Bicarbonate Shower
Bicarbonate Shower Cleansing Method for Dry Hair and Skin.
For those with dry hair and skin, we recommend the “Bicarbonate Shower Cleansing Method.” Using chemical-laden shampoos and body soaps on already dry and damaged hair and skin can exacerbate the damage. However, not using cleansing products can leave residues and dirt behind.
To gently cleanse your hair and skin, use the bicarbonate shower.
Place one HOT TAB tablet in a special showerhead. As the water flows through, it will dissolve the bicarbonate, transforming the shower water into a bicarbonate-rich solution.
This method cleanses your skin and scalp without damaging the skin barrier, providing moisture and promoting healthy skin.
